We would always rather help you reschedule than hand back cash, keeping your learning going is what matters. Cancel early and your credit comes straight back so you can rebook whenever you like.
Cancel 48 hours or more before your lesson and your full lesson credit is returned. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the lesson return 50% of the credit. No-shows use the full credit.
Unused credits from a package stay valid for 12 months from purchase. Individual lessons within a package follow the same 48-hour cancellation rule as single lessons.
You can reschedule freely up to 48 hours before your lesson at no cost, straight from your account. If your teacher ever needs to cancel, you always get your credit back in full.
