Last updated: 19 October 2026. Please read these terms before using FunLida.
By creating an account or purchasing lesson credits, you agree to these terms. FunLida provides online English tuition delivered by independent teachers. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
Credits are bought in packages and spent by lesson length: 1 credit for the 15-minute intro (bought with Get to know) or a 30-minute class, and 2 credits for a 50-minute class. Intro credits can only be used for the intro, and IELTS/TOEFL credits only for exam classes. Credits are valid for 12 months from purchase. All payments are processed securely by our payment provider. Prices may change, but changes never affect credits you have already bought. Medical English is priced individually: email us for a personalised quote.
Refunds. Payments are non-refundable: once a package is paid for, we cannot give money back for unused credits. This is separate from cancelling or rescheduling a lesson, which returns credits to your FunLida balance (not money) as set out in our Cancellation Policy.
You agree to provide accurate account information, to attend booked lessons on time, and to treat teachers and staff with respect. You are responsible for your own device and internet connection. Accounts used for abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour may be suspended.
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel 48 or more hours ahead for a full credit refund. Cancel later, or miss the lesson, and half your credits are returned. Moving a lesson to another time or another teacher is free, though if you move it less than 48 hours ahead, half the credits stay at risk until the replacement lesson has taken place.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at funlida58@gmail.com and we will work with you to make it right. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under the laws of the jurisdiction in which FunLida operates.
