By creating an account or purchasing lesson credits, you agree to these terms. FunLida provides online English tuition delivered by independent teachers. We reserve the right to update these terms; continued use of the service means you accept the current version.
Credits are purchased in packages and are redeemed one per lesson. All payments are processed securely through trusted third-party providers. Prices may change, but changes never affect credits you have already bought.
You agree to provide accurate account information, to attend booked lessons on time, and to treat teachers and staff with respect. You are responsible for your own device and internet connection. Accounts used for abusive, unlawful, or disruptive behaviour may be suspended.
Cancellation and rescheduling are governed by our Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms. In short: cancel 48+ hours ahead for a full credit back; later cancellations return 50% of the credit.
If something goes wrong, contact us first at hello@englishwithconfidence.com and we will work with you to make it right. Any disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be handled under the laws of the jurisdiction in which FunLida operates.
